Hospitality Program


Our school hospitality kitchen opens each Wednesday throughout the school year and is run by our year 9 & 10 students. Our students are involved in all aspects of operating the school hospitality kitchen including food preparation, kitchen management, serving customers and taking payments. There is a weekly lunch special available as well as a variety of delicious homemade sweet and savoury snacks, including both gluten free and vegetarian options. As well as allowing students and families to pre-order the weekly lunch special, our school hospitality kitchen provides students the opportunity to develop their confidence in selecting, ordering, and paying for food from our kitchen window during the recess break. All food is freshly prepared by the hospitality work team following ACT Food Safety guidelines.
