The Hospitality work skills programs

We are committed to providing opportunities for students to learn about and participate in hospitality work skills programs. The school hospitality kitchen opens each Wednesday, and a team of year 9/10 students prepare, serve and manage the kitchen operations under the support and guidance of a teacher and a School Assistant. Students must wear closed in footwear and long pants. Apron, gloves and caps are provided by the school.
